I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and a journal therapist. With over 17 years of experience in holistic wellbeing, I bring a strong background in developmental psychology combined with a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach.

How I Work and What To Expect
As a counsellor offering online counselling UK-wide, I take an integrative approach that blends person-centred, psychodynamic, and CBT therapies with an existential perspective that honours your search for meaning and authentic connection.
I also offer journaling as an optional tool that some clients find helpful alongside counselling (you can read more about this HERE).
